I asked Todd about which place and he said he loves them both but Costa Rica it a ton of fun. There are some really nice bunaglos right on the beach. We found a few that we were going to stay at. We have been saying we were going to go for the last 4 years. I am hoping this is the year it really happens :) I am excited for you. Let me know what you decide.
