Good News!!!

So just thought I would do a quick update! I went to the dr. this morning and I'm about a 3 1/2 but he told me christmas day and after I can go back to doing whatever I want!!!!! I can go off my meds too! I can't even tell you how excited I am! So two more days of staying down but I can take the kids to a movie christmas day, make dinner, clean, and anything else I or Scott(hehe) want to do! The funniest is, I don't care if the baby takes three weeks after that! I can just be ME! I know there are so many women that are put on bedrest for months and my 2 1/2 weeks is nothing but for me it was torture!

I almost forgot, so Scott and the kids got in a car accident yesterday(not his fault luckily)! Jax got a big bump under his eye and Ellie(who had taken off her seatbelt 0hhhhh!) just bruised up her back. BUT...Scott hurried and brought the kids home and had to go back to the accident to wait for the cops and there was no way I was not taking them to the dr to get checked! I looked so scary but its funny how all care of ourselves goes out the window when are children are hurt! When I got home and looked at myself in the mirror I about died!!!(who cares that I'm supposed to be on bedrest and I'm out driving around..lol!) I'm sure they took one look at me and thought, "CRAZY MOM!" They are fine and I think it scared them more then anything so all is well but I thought it was hilarious so I had to share....

Another round at the hospital!!!!

So ended up in the hospital during the night in full blown labor AGAIN! Part of me just wants to get him here so that I can stop going to the hospital and getting those awful shots! OUCH! I just have to make it a little longer and be better about staying down! The torture for me is not only am I having that nesting feeling where I want my house perfect for the baby but its christmas and I want things perfect for christmas too! Ahhhhh! I found an awesome cleaning service to come clean my house for now! Its so worth it....Keep praying he stays in for awhile longer and that I don't lose my mind in the process!

Doctor appt....

Went to the dr. yesterday and I am dialated to a 3 and the baby's head is pretty far down but I'm still hoping to hold out a little longer! The Dr. said if I could make it 8 more days then that would be awesome! I'm thinking 2 days beyond that would be best because 8 days is christmas eve! Thank you to everyone for the food, treats, and just care and concern. I'm so emotional right now with everything going on and worrying about the baby and it truely means so much to me that so many people have reached out to help our family, especially at such a busy time of year! love you all!

AAAAH Bedrest!!!

So I went into labor on Sunday and went to the hospital where they were able to slow my contractions with medication and sent me home on bedrest until the baby comes! I am going crazy but trying to do whats best for my baby boy... I went into labor again tuesday night and so they have now doubled my medication and I am trying so hard to stay down! The Dr. says if I can keep him in my belly until 36 weeks then more then likely he would come home with me and not need the nicu but if he comes before then his nicu stay would probably be only a few weeks with no permanant damage to him. I'm doing all my christmas shopping online and watching alot of TV, reading, and playing games on my ipod!

Introducing my new Niece...

I forgot my camera when I went to Idaho to see my new niece this weekend so these are taken with a Camera phone but she is so beautiful! 3 weeks early, she weighed 6lbs 8oz and 191/2 " long. She has no name yet but a full head of hair! You can't even see her scalp! It made me sooo excited for my own baby! I doubt mine will be so small( jax was 3 weeks early and weighed 8'4) but it will be so fun to have a little one around again! Congrats Holly, Jim, and family!

Yellowstone Park

We just spent 4 day in Yellowstone and it was beautiful weather! Scott and I had not been since we were kids so it was great to go and see our children experience it! We saw so many animals! Buffalo, elk, deer, birds of every kind, and many others!

I'm a teacher now!!

I'm sad I didn't get a picture of how handsome Jesse was in his new suit and Hair done(mom's way)haha! This picture is after he was ordained a teacher and we had dinner with our families at the park behind our house. Notice in the picture jesse still has his dark church socks on and his BYU shirt that grandpa Willis bought him the day before at the UCLA/BYU game and a pair of Camo shorts! I laughed so hard but honestly he doesn't really care! As long as he has clean clothes, he could care less about fashion! I am so proud of him and the decisions he is making. He and his friends went to their first stake dance and he danced with girls!!! I feel so old! He is trying so hard to make good choices and is always the first to church to make sure he is fulfilling his priesthood duties. He lays in bed every night reading the new era's, ensign's, and friend. If we want to read them then we know we have to go to his room to find them. So far having a teenager has been fun!( you might need to remind me of this in a few years! lol) His friends are at our house constantly, playing rockband in the theater! Jesse is lead singer and it is hilarious! You couldn't pay me to sing on that game! It sounds like I have a rockband practicing in my basement and makes my whole house vibrate! Jesse, I love you so much and you are such a great example to your brother's and sisters and your family!

Jax's first day of preschool..

Scott took the pictures so they aren't maybe the best but here is on his way to school in dads jeep and then giving his teacher his very first homework! My others were so excited to do homework for the first time but I had to fight Jax to color his! I think he has heard his brothers and sisters complain to much about homework so in his head he KNOWS homework isn't a good thing! He loves school and hanging out with all his friends and mom likes the little break twice a week..:)

My Camera was found!!!

Just a quick note... I thought I had dumped my camera in a dumpster in the Uinta's but my husband found it in one of his jacket pockets! Yeah Iwas so happy! My pictures for 3 months were on there so it was a happy day. I thought I would post a pic of this beautiful place we went camping!

Growing and growing and growing....21 weeks

ok so don't laugh to hard...notice my face is not it one picture because it was a REALLY bad hair day! I had Scott take these pics tonight because I have been really bad at documenting any of my prego bellies! I don't have one Picture with any of my other kids! Sad thing is I'm not as skinny as what I was with my others. At 20 weeks I already weighed what I weighed when I delivered Jadyn. Yes, I shed a few tears but Owell what can I say I'm not in my 20's anymore and this is NUMBER 5 pregnancv for me! I can't dwell on it so I just buy cute prego jeans( notice the cute seven's..lol) As long as you have cute clothes you feel skinnier, right? Honestly, I'm so in love with this baby! He kicks so much and is so much more active then my others were! I have been feeling him kick since 14 weeks! I feel so grateful to be a mom again, even when we thought we were done! I love that Heavenly Father knows whats best for us and our family and I think there are so many awesome spirits that need to come to earth right now and this was just one of them! Its crazy that I can be so in love with a baby that I haven't even seen or held in my arms but I feel like I know him already. My kids being older this time around have really enjoyed sharing this with me. Jesse told me the other day

Jesse: "Mom you are getting really big!"
Me: (sarcastic) "Thanks Son!"
Jesse:(innocently) "No mom really, your legs are bigger, your stomach is bigger, and even
Your boobs are bigger!"
Me: "Jesse! You don't say that!"
Jesse: " No mom, you look really good, I promise!"
Me: " Jesse, you don't ever tell a girl she looks bigger ANYWHERE, it doesn't matter
how nice you are trying to be...she will feel bad."
Jesse: "Sorry, but I do think you look good..."

Oh 14 year old boys... he is famous for his innocent diarrhea of the mouth. Just always saying whats on his mind! The girls are so excited! The other day Jax got mad at me and turned to me
and said: "I'm not going to be nice to your baby!"
Later he came and told me he was sorry..lol I was trying so hard not to laugh! I love my family and there craziness!!!

P.S. I was scratching my belly like crazy right before we took these pictures so I tried to put
lotion on and rub the marks out and they still show...makes for funny shots!

We girls are way out numbered now...

You can see his cord right above his little weiner so no mistakes!!!!!
She had a hard time getting a profile shot because he kept biting at his hand and putting his thumb in his mouth! It was so cute! This is really such a miracle baby!!! I feel so blessed!
So i'm so impatient and my dr. wasnt' doing an ultrasound for another month or more so I went to fetal foto's to see the sex of our baby! The room situation was stressing me out and I just feel I need to be prepared because we have so many kids and not as many bedrooms(they won't sleep downstairs)! Jax has been telling us all along it was a boy and grandma said the same thing so it wasn't a shock but the girls were a little dissappointed! It has been really hard having a different dr. with this baby when I was used to having an ultrasound every month and I hadn't had even one yet. It gave me so much piece of mind! Now its time to start picking out names!

Girls Camp..

These are the amazing leaders I worked with! I couldn't have done girls camp without them!

I haven't posted forever!!! I have been in a little bit of a depression because I accidentally threw my camera away with all my pics at mirror lake up in the Uintas! Luckily I have picture the other leaders took, so here are a few!!
We made hair extension pieces at camp and couldn't resist making them for our bishop and brother Kerr...
I loved these girls I worked with! They were so amazing and loving and I grew so much spiritually!

Angela and I were lighting this stove and it wouldn't light... finially this huge flame came up straight in my face! I looked in the mirror and all the tips of my eyelashes and eyebrows were white! Good laughs! This calling was such a blessing for me right now. I have never had a harder calling but also never had such a rewarding calling. It was crazy! I missed out a little by not being able to go on hikes and obstacle course(dr.'s orders) but I didn't have hardly any morning sickness and didn't throw up even once! This was with 4 to 6 hours of sleep every night and running around like crazy! One of the missionaries told me there were healing powers up there and I so believe it! I was throwing up like crazy before camp and I got home and it started again. The best is it made my first trimester go by so fast! Its been good for my family to have me back so that we could finially use our 7 peaks passes and go camping!

On my way to girls camp with baby NUMBER 6!!!!

This has been me the past month....getting ready for girls camp and having fun morning sickness! We have been so blessed with this little miracle and our family is SO excited! The lord has really blessed me with "less" morning sickness then usual, the strength to serve, and a husband willing to give me many priesthood blessings. I head off to girls camp on Monday and I'm excited for the fresh mountain air. I think it will feel amazing! Every smell in my house makes me want to vomit right now! Scott says I could work for the police sniffing for dead bodies because my nose is extremely sensitive to smells! I will post fun pictures when I get home!

I'm a BAD Blogger...

So Life around my house lately consists of Girls camp meetings..planning girls camp...buying things for girls camp...worrying if everything will be perfect for girls camp...feeling inadaquate about girls camp(How do I teach first aid when I don't know it myself??)...and more girls camp meetings! So I have been so consumed by this that I have not posted in awhile and truthfully it might be another while after this!
So this is what has been happening...
Babysat my parents new puppy(Belle).Brutis wanted to play with her so bad but could have swallowed her whole if he wanted. I went to Idaho for 2 days this last week so that my sister and mom could help me make journals for...GIRLS CAMP! That is my cute sister, Holly, who is 17 weeks prego, working in the small "sweat shop" I had going in my mom's kitchen. Needless to say, I don't sew, but no worries I put them right to work and let them have two, 15min breaks! Thank you Mom, Holly, Jenny, and Tammy for all your help! I took Jax with me to Idaho and he, along with all of the granchildren, LOVE Belle! He had her all wrapped up in a blanket and was bouncing her like a baby...so motherly...he would be such a good big brother...
Then on Thursday we went to Jesse's choir concert and this was the only picture I could get closeup of him while he was running around. He loves choir! I can't believe how he is growing up! He will be 14 in just a few months and it seems like just yesterday he was born. The best is his voice is changing and has gotten deeper but he is still trying to grow hairy armpits! I think he counts every hair and his goal is to be hairy like his Uncle Tyler!

Breaking news....

This made me laugh so hard that I had to share! Look at my link for funny mormons for more!
Breaking News: Top Ten Talk that Should Never be Given
by Bettyanne Bruin
I was once in a ward where a man gave a talk on empathizing with Satan. I don't recall there ever being a quieter chapel, as everyone sat there... stunned. His talk include such ideas as, poor, poor Satan, that it must have been so hard for him to fight against the plan, what it might have been that was really bothering him and how we should have empathy for ALL of our brothers and sisters, including Satan.
This has prompted the following list:Top Ten Other Talks that Should Never be Given in Church:
1 - Can Tobacco Be All Bad if it Has Medicinal Purposes?
2 - The Pros and cons of paying tithing
3 - Because I have enough faith, I will never need anti-anxiety medications
4 - I Lost 100 Pounds Drinking Coca Cola
5 - In lieu of testimony, playing an Oakrigdge Boys song (this actually happened in a ward I was in also)
6 - Expressing gratitude for extended life after suffering a brain aneurysm while have intimate relations with spouse (this was also true in the same ward) and he explained in detail how this happened. I covered the ears of the child next to me!
7 - After Reading all of Isaiah, I Believe I Know the actual day the Second Coming will Arrive
8 - I Never Do My Home Teaching and Yet I Still Feel Blessed
9 - Because I got my husband sent home from his mission, he got a great job he would have missed out on
10 - How Spending So Much on Food STorage made us lose our home.

My Biggest Pet Peeve.....

WHO works out like this????? As I walked through the gym this morning I couldn't help but notice all the women surrounding me were freshly showered, hair done, makeup, and complete with the "little outfits". What???? I wished I had taken a pic of myself as something for you to all compare to but here goes...

green abercrombie sweats with bleach stains

black sports bra(very faded)

white plain tshirt

NO makeup, my hair in a pony with hair sticking out everywhere, and I don't even think I remembered to brush my teeth before I came.

Should I be embarrassed? I go to the gym so that I can feel good, look good for my husband, and just stay healthy. I think at my gym they must be doing the fitness competition for some beauty pagent every day. Now don't get me wrong, if your single, the gym can be a great pick up place but I saw many wedding rings. Do they break a sweat with their long hair perfectly roundbrushed down their back and makeup ready for the day? Oh and d on't forget the lipstick with liner! Obviously these women do it for someone. The Men(boys) or is it competition for the other women? As I walked through the gym I couldn't help but feel like I was some PWT that needed to be working out to Richard Simmons(Sweatin to the oldies) in the living room of my trailer home! lol! Will I change the way I dress when I go to the gym? Hell NO! More power to all those women who waste so much time getting ready but My old sweats are the best!!!!

2 new additions to our family.....

You either love them or hate them but...I love rats! We got two little boys, george(curious george) is tan and white and Templeton(charlottes web) is gray and white. They are so sweet. When they hear my voice they run to the door of their cage looking for yummy frozen peas! Scott thinks I'm crazy but the kids absolutely love them. They love them so much that I had to put locks on the cage doors so that they can't get them out. I didn't want them lose somewhere in my house!

I had to post a pic of Jax's lastest sack lunch. He put Beefaroni in his ever famous little ziplock baggie and had entire bag of bbq chips ready to go. I love how healthy he wants to eat! Takes after his dad!
I had to tell everyone how proud I am of Jesse and Tyler! They just finished their Scuba certification and passed their tests! They were in classes with all adults and were a little intimidated by that but they both loved it. Scott is taking them on a 3 day diving trip to Catalina in July. They are super excited!

Jax's lunch....

I had to post this funny story about Jax! Scott has been "trying" to go off of caffiene and so he now is drinking caffeine free Pepsi for every Pepsi he drinks. Jax loves this because Scott now can share his Pepsi with him, never mind the Sugar! Well..Scott and I were getting ready for the day and Jax comes marching in our room to tell us he packed his lunch already. When we turned to see his "sack lunch" we were laughing so hard! He said, after we told him that probably wasn't a good lunch, " but its Petsi without taffiene!" Oh the things our children learn from us is scary! I love and hate watching him grow! He told me today he was a 6 yr old, not 3. Why do they try to grow up so fast?????

Back to Reality!

We had such an amazing vacation. This was the view from our room. I loved this place! I laid on the beach everyday and read 5 books! It was Heaven! Scott became Scuba certified while I did nothing! Beautiful beaches and country side and great people. It is definetly so much poorer then Mexico. 34 peso's to the dollar instead of 10 like Mexico. It was Holy week while we were there so the kids were out of school and they were everywhere waving but never begging(like Mexico) just excited to see you. We went into a Dominican home which was the size of my kitchen(the whole house) and they are so happy and live so humble. I can see why missionaries love to serve in these countries. There are so many humble good people. We loved our servers in the buffets who knew us because all we drank was bottled water and Pepsi!

Now for the only 2 negatives about our trip..well ok actually 3. First and the worst...the resort was almost entirely european vacationing, no Americans anywhere....it was cool to hear all the languages and even talk to some from...Germany, Austria, France, Russia, England...but...despite the cool language they sunbath in a very unique way... they prefer only wearing bottoms and from the looks of it they haven't ever supported the sisters on top. If you know what I mean. Think brown, leather, down to the waist. So interesting...different culture i guess? By the end of the trip we had become somewhat desensitized to the sisters jogging down the beach(seriously) but couldn't get out of our head that its still wrong! The men also ONLY wear speedo's and the funniest is the last day we had a guy next to us that was laying out on is stomach and put his speedo up his bum cheeks like a thong so he could tan his bum! Seriously...so gross! I couldn't look at him or I would crack up laughing!
Second were all the Chain Smokers! We are in this beautiful place, laying on the beach and the trails of smoke are everywhere! Do they have a high rate of lung disease or cancer? I would be so curious to know!
Third, you have to be so careful what you eat and drink...they tell you to not even let water from the shower in your mouth and you brush with bottled water too. Well despite all this Scott got sick and it was not fun! He spent alot of time on the toilet for 3 days and even when we got home! I loved the food! I had fresh fruit everyday and thats the part I miss the most!

Heaven.....

Jadyn's braces gone!!

NO Braces!!! I have not blogged forever so I'm going to blog all of it now! Jadyn got her braces off right before we left for DR. She will have them off for only a year and then get them back on again but she loves the break she has right now without them!

Rockstar Kwa-fyur photoshoot...

My life has been so crazy! We have felt for so long that we needed to have our own product line and we have finially just decided to do it. It is so much WORK!!!! I think if I had had any idea before I might not have ever started! Between trademark attorney's, chemists, finding bottles, design team, and everything else...AHHHHH! We just recieved our first samples from the chemists of shampoo and cond is coming soon...We had to do our first photo shoot yesterday. It was so much fun! These are pics I took, but look at my list of friends and Peekaboo Photo's and you can see of few that have been edited! It was a great experience. I was on my feet all day doing hair and trying to direct the shoot but we got some incredible pics. Thanks to all who helped! Allison, thank you for giving me the confidence to just do it! Everyone who helped with hair and our make artist Ashlee was amazing! Rich, Katie, and Dan are amazing photographers! Best of all were our beautiful models...the nicest, sweetest, girls. Beautiful on the inside and out.. Crazy right? Aren't models supposed to be diva's? These girls were far from that...

Jadyn and Pammy's Birthday...

Jadyn and my friend Pam both had their birthday this last week. I love them both so much. The best about Jadyn's birthday were her wrapped presents(the lovely bags)! She was a good sport and thought it was funny. She is growing up so fast especially when all she asks for her birthday is clothes! She asked me today if I had any clothes I didn't like anymore that she could have. She just knows she could make them fit! It seems like yesterday that I had her. She was so tiny at 6lbs 2ozs. She loves to do everything girly and is just quiet and sweet.
Jadyn is the best big sister and babysitter.
Beautiful Pam! I love this girl! She is an amazing mom and has taught me so much about being a mom and a wife! I'm not sure where I would be if it hadn't been for her shoulder to cry on and even sometimes her having to give it to me straight when I didn't want to hear it! Pam is one of those many special spirits that Heavenly Father put in my life at the right place and time. I am so grateful for her!!!

When do they stop cutting their own hair???

So Jesse was home from school sick today and decided to try and give himself a haircut! I was at our store so Scott said he would fix it. As you see he thought while he was fixing it he would play around a bit! Jesse is now Lex Luther! Totally bald! The funny thing is I just thought..o-well...he could have done worse...right?

SNOW!!!!

We had so much Snow today! It has been crazy this year! I don't remember the last time it snowed this much but my kids love it! We got home from stake conference and they all just stayed outside and played. The best was Jax's pants would come down as he was running and his big sister, Jadyn, would come to his rescue! Our Dog Brutis was right in the middle of all of it too! Scott built a little sled hill and they used his snowboard to slide down it and loved every minute of it! Tomorrow we told them we would buy them real snow clothes and real sleds! Stay tuned!!!
